Crafty Irna

I was absolutely thrilled for the connections one of my favourite horses, Crafty Irna, who sold for $610,000 at last week’s Inglis Broodmare & Weanling Sale in Sydney. She was in foal to Sebring.
 
Throw in her $464,000 in earnings and she’s been a million dollar mare for her owners. She is a Group 3 and Listed winner with a stack of other black-type placings and while we will miss her around, hopefully she can go on to throw a nice horse of two.
